CHRIST PARADISE CHURCH

Christ Paradise Church (CPC) was established in 1987 in the South-Western region of Nigeria in West Africa as Christ Resurrection Souls Revival Ministry by then Reverend Prophet Emmanuel Rajis now elevated by God as Apostle Prophet Reverend Dr. Emmanuel Rajis (God be with him). He was born and bred in a Roman Catholic Family in Nigeria’s South Eastern region, (Imo State). By God’s grace, mercies, design and provisions the ministry spread to other states of Nigeria and West Africa within 6 years of its inception. The Lord is using the Apostle Rajis’s ministry to heal the sick and the listless, set up orphanages, set the spiritually- captives free and assisting nations through kings, Queens, leaders and politicians alike. He also established a bible school and has raised Pastors/Leaders and Evangelists worldwide. He nurtured many through the bible school. These miracles signs and wonders through him led to the expansion of the ministry en-route to Europe in 1994, with the Prophet reaching out evangelistically between Europe and Nigeria. Eventually, on September 1st 2001, the Lord visited the Apostle and revealed to him that the Ministry’s name be re-named – C.P.C – Christ Paradise Church. On 2nd September 2001, C. P. C. was ecclesiastically established by the Prophet and his devout wife Rev. Mrs Elizabeth Rajis.
The first tabernacle was in Wakefield House in Peckham, South East London; then later moved on to the Turkish Community Hall at Dalston, East London (referred to as the Kitchen place at the time, due to its demarcation hall set-up). Due to space constraints and devotees’ increase during the inaugural year, the church was relocated to Arcola Hall, Dalston, and East London. There the church moved from grace to glory despite all hindrances, until 2006 when impediment from the local authority indicted by the neighbours, couple with rental debacle between our Estate Brokers and his Landlord resulted in another relocation. As the Bible says “…the kingdom of heaven suffered violence, and the violent take it by force” Math.11; 12. The Lord then re-directed the church to South East London. This time, the church suffered mortal punches from worshipers; the church decreased numerically due to fear of funding and fear of relocating by members. But then God rewarded us with a church hall at Hatcham Street, London SE15, where we rented from 2006 -2007, until blessed with a Banquet hall at Penarth centre, few yards from the Hatcham street hall, this we used from 2007- 2009. Due to space constraints, C. P. C. had to gloriously move to this present splendid building where we are now at Unit 9-14 Daisy Business Park, Sylvan Grove, London SE15 1PD on a well-suited leasehold. We thank God for all His never ending provisions.
